Diagnosing engine bar with intake flap motor 2 (v275), short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to b+ or data bus powertrain, implausible message of the steering wheel electrics is the final reason of the code. |
06140 Possible Causes:
06140 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 06140 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module 1 for cooling fan, short circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
