Accumulated in electronic control units so cylinder 3 above knock threshold it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, internal resistance too large or intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
06131 Possible Causes:
06131 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06131 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
