The problem is about o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel additive control module requested mil illumination you can see the exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, signal too slowly is the final reason of the code. |
06123 Possible Causes:
06123 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 06123 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
