06104 Possible Causes:
06104 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 06104 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
