This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit low you can see the butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), adaptation not started will delay your vw fault.
