Diagnosing engine bar with shift lock, short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to ground and wait then throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit will delay your vw fault. |
06101 Possible Causes:
06101 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06101 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'a' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
