This code were stamped on VW Engine case vehicle speed signal, circuit short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system power supply, voltage low voltage and nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
06100 Possible Causes:
06100 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 06100 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger 2 control module (j725), high temperature
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
