This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544) errors in basic adjustment also transmission fluid temperature, exceeded multiple times is the final reason of the code. |
06097 Possible Causes:
06097 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06097 Code
- Inspect all the connections wheel speed signal 4, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
