Diameter in engine o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start accelerator position sensor 1/2 (g79) + (g185), implausible signal or catalyst system exhaust bank 4, effectiveness too low is the final reason of the code. |
06091 Possible Causes:
06091 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

What To Check After Fixing 06091 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
