Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at upper limit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more camshaft position signal output, circuit high you can see the potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too low is the final reason of the code. |
06089 Possible Causes:
06089 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 06089 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
