06083 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck closed retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), power supply malfunction . On the other hand fuel injection valve 2 (n367), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
06083 Possible Causes:
06083 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 06083 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 3 (n368), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
