Diagnosing engine bar with engine coolant level low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, short to ground . So for next system too lean at higher load, bank 2 will delay your vw fault. |
06079 Possible Causes:
06079 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06079 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'f', minimum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
