This code were stamped on VW Engine case o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, open circuit and wait then exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
06071 Possible Causes:
06071 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 06071 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "a", high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
