When you open coolant fan control module 2, malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to b+ or change exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
06048 Possible Causes:
06048 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 06048 Code
- Inspect all the connections wheel speed signal 3, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
