This code were stamped on VW Engine case starter interlock, circuit short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ecm/pcm power input, signal low . So for next exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration will delay your vw fault. |
06039 Possible Causes:
06039 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06039 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
