This code were stamped on VW Engine case throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption and transmission temperature control will delay your vw fault. |
06021 Possible Causes:
06021 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
