Staring in engine oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles relay 2 for power supply (b+)terminal 30, range/performance and pressure control valve 1 (n215), open / short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
06004 Possible Causes:
06004 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06004 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
