The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor signals swapped, bank 1 sensor 3 - /bank 2 sensor 3 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit low . So for next intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 1 is the final reason of the code.
