Staring in engine diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', performance or secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
06001 Possible Causes:
06001 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06001 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message from acceleration request
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
