The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault data-bus powertrain, implausible message from engine controller It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake engine coolant temperature signal, range / performance or change temperature sensors for drive cycle radiator exhaust (g382), signal too small is the final reason of the code. |
060 Possible Causes:
060 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 060 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug control module 2 (j703), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
