060 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so internal control module, driver error or hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), no / incorrect basic setting/adaptation will delay your vw fault. |
060 Possible Causes:
060 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 060 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
