This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 4, out of range it can suddenly lead to a significantly more valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), circuit low input or change turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault.
