Staring in engine nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel pump "b" control, circuit low and starter does not run, mechanically blocked or mechanical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
05991 Possible Causes:
05991 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 05991 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 2, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g301), interruption / short-circuit to pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
