When you open linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low or change o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean will delay your vw fault.
