05970 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so control unit programming, programming not finished you can see the exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code. |
05970 Possible Causes:
05970 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 05970 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
