This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system cylinder 7 above knock threshold or event data recorder request, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
05970 Possible Causes:
05970 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 05970 Code
- Inspect all the connections generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
