When you open exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at idle and wait then exhaust gas recirculation cooling system, performance is the final reason of the code. |
05954 Possible Causes:
05954 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 05954 Code
- Inspect all the connections load signal range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
