The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil 'e' primary control, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle position output, circuit high and wait then exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
05953 Possible Causes:
05953 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 05953 Code
- Inspect all the connections air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
