The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system air cleaner inlet control, circuit low . On the other hand turbocharger speed sensor, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
05949 Possible Causes:
05949 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 05949 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
