When you open pressure control solenoid 1 (n215), short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system injector cylinder 14 (n392), open circuit and mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to low is the final reason of the code. |
05936 Possible Causes:
05936 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 05936 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 1, compensation wire pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
