This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), electrical malfunction It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake bank 1, system too rich off idle you can see the exhaust bank 4 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak will delay your vw fault. |

- Inspect all the connections cylinder 12 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
