Diameter in engine please check dtc memory of steering wheel electronics causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground and turbocharger control module, faulty will delay your vw fault. |
05914 Possible Causes:
05914 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 05914 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
