When you open throttle control: airflow at idle too low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open and wait then vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
05909 Possible Causes:
05909 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05909 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
