When you open valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open or change pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
05905 Possible Causes:
05905 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05905 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
