059 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine mil call-up circuit / transmission control module, short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed ignition coil cylinder 13, high circuit . On the other hand pressure control valve 4 (n218), short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
059 Possible Causes:
059 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 059 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission coolant circuit relay, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
