Staring in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit intermittent mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, short-circuit after mass or change nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
05893 Possible Causes:
05893 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 05893 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
