This code were stamped on VW Engine case injector control pressure regulator, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor turbocharger control module, faulty and hydraulic pressure sensor 2, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
05886 Possible Causes:
05886 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 05886 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
