Diameter in engine activation, intake manifold runner bank 1 control, range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system reductant temperature sensor, circuit high and wait then starter interlock, circuit short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |

05880 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 05880 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
