When you open ignition coil 'k' secondary circuit, malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start shift lock, open and fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
05862 Possible Causes:
05862 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 05862 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
