This code were stamped on VW Engine case ignition coil 'a' primary control, short to plus mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit and fuel injection valve 2 (n367), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
05862 Possible Causes:
05862 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 05862 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 3 above knock threshold
