Accumulated in electronic control units so mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off or low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit is the final reason of the code. |
05860 Possible Causes:
05860 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 05860 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
