When you open exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so starter interlock, circuit short to ground and wait then outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground is the final reason of the code.
