This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), signal too small or change cylinder 7 injector, data incompatible is the final reason of the code. |
05841 Possible Causes:
05841 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 05841 Code
- Inspect all the connections signal line for fuel pump electronics, electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
