Staring in engine throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ or performance malfunction in cooling system is the final reason of the code. |
05838 Possible Causes:
05838 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
