The problem is about system too rich at higher load, bank 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground . On the other hand relay 2 for power supply (b+)terminal 30, range/performance is the final reason of the code. |
05821 Possible Causes:
05821 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05821 Code
- Inspect all the connections potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), incorrect basic setting
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
