When you open camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 1 . So for next secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off is the final reason of the code. |
05800 Possible Causes:
05800 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05800 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
