This code were stamped on VW Engine case control module 1 for cooling fan, faulty causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to ground and exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
058 Possible Causes:
058 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
