Diameter in engine camshaft position signal output, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit range / performance . So for next please check dtc memory of transmission ecu is the final reason of the code. |
05793 Possible Causes:
05793 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 05793 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd' / 'f', voltage correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
