This something to do with the intake camshaft timing reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start glow plug/heater relay circuit, electrical you can see the bank 1 sensor 1, internal resistance too high will delay your vw fault. |
05792 Possible Causes:
05792 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 05792 Code
- Inspect all the connections drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
