When you open exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), voltage supply outside permissible range the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles relay for supply voltage terminal 30 (j317), implausible signal and data-bus powertrain, missing message from brake control module is the final reason of the code. |
05779 Possible Causes:
05779 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 05779 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
