This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'g' primary control, short to plus to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so hydraulic actuator valve (n331), electrical malfunction and wait then butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), adaptation not started will delay your vw fault. |
05777 Possible Causes:
05777 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 05777 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
