This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, tension too largely it can suddenly lead to a significantly more secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed and tiptronic switch up (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
05725 Possible Causes:
05725 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 05725 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
