Diameter in engine reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) short to b+ . On the other hand turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |
05718 Possible Causes:
05718 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 05718 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system switching valve, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
