Accumulated in electronic control units so fuel injection valve 4 (n369), open circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit low and valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), regulation range exceeded will delay your vw fault. |
05718 Possible Causes:
05718 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 05718 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 1, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g300), interruption / short-circuit to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
