When you open activation glow plug control module, electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to b+ you can see the reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
05709 Possible Causes:
05709 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 05709 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
